To respond to an inquiry, understand a possible engagement, confirm scope and pricing, communicate during an engagement, and maintain appropriate business records.
Information is not sold. It may be handled by hosting, email, security, or other service providers needed to operate the website and perform an agreed engagement.
Inquiry and engagement records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, delivery, legal obligations, and ordinary business administration. Records may then be securely deleted or anonymized.
